About Commonwealth Properties
For over 15 years Commonwealth Properties LLC has been developing, planning and acquiring properties in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. From site acquisition, design and construction, to marketing and sales, we pride ourselves on delivering our residents the very best in quality, and the very best in value.
In contrast to other developers who may have 10 projects running at the same time, we prefer to concentrate on only a select few developments each year. It’s a unique and fresh perspective to homebuilding that enables us to take a more hands-on role when it comes to working with architects, interior designers, tradesmen and suppliers.
Commonwealth Properties is devoted to being a responsible steward of the land that we own and develop. Although, at times, our objectives may appear to conflict with those of some of our neighbors, we have found that an open and honest dialogue often times serves to illuminate development options that are embraced by all of the parties involved. These challenges often times produce developments that blend better with the existing environment and are more rewarding to all involved. We strive to work closely with affected neighbors, local officials and staff to incorporate concerns and goals on the front end of our planning process.
We are committed to the highest standards of construction while using the best in building materials, as well as being up-to-date on the latest building techniques. This all adds up to residents who trust us to deliver excellent value in a home of the finest workmanship and finishing.
